The course, meeting the 35 contact hours of project management education required by PMI, featured participants with strong analytical and quantitative skills, substantial project management experience, and prior completion of a PMBOK workshop in their native language. Their full professional proficiency in English ensured seamless delivery, allowing for deep exploration of advanced concepts. This enriching experience enhanced the participants’ understanding of project management principles and thoroughly prepared them for the PMP certification exam.

Description:
A comprehensive 50-hour PMP Exam Preparation Course was conducted at Mericler College for quality assurance and inspection professionals from Waha Oil Company, Libya. The course, meeting the 35 contact hours of project management education required by PMI, featured some participants with extensive quality management knowledge and experience and some with project and program management expertise. In addition to studying the course material, the course included extended discussions about various scenarios and insights to address critical problems in project management situations that provided valuable strategies for solving real-world challenges.
Strategic Planning and Leadership Skills Workshop

A comprehensive 20-hour Strategic Planning and Leadership Skills Workshop was conducted at Mericler College for senior managers from AGOCO. This workshop focused on advanced strategic decision-making frameworks and leadership methodologies, running an end-to-end strategic planning mockup using SWOT Analysis from vision setting to structuring portfolios, programs, and projects. Participants engaged in detailed discussions and practical exercises, enhancing their ability to formulate strategic plans, manage resources efficiently, and lead their teams effectively towards achieving organizational goals.
ITIL 4 Foundation Training and Consulting

Description:
Two identical, one-week ITIL 4 Foundation courses were conducted at Mericler College for back-to-back IT service administrators from Sarir Oil Operations. Each five-day course focused on IT service management and the application of ITIL 4 principles in the client’s environment. Despite initial high demands, the client expressed great satisfaction with the comprehensive and practical approach, leading to enhanced IT service management within their organization.
IT Project Management Workshop

My sessions covered three days, emphasizing SharePoint integration for strategic planning, managing digital workflows, and optimizing decision-making processes.
Energy Risk Insurance

The two-week Energy Risk Insurance workshop, conducted for specialists from the National Oil Corporation of Libya, provided an in-depth exploration of insuring energy assets, risk mitigation strategies, and managing complex risks such as climate change and cyber threats. Participants gained insights into the intricacies of energy insurance, including property damage, liability, and business interruption coverage. Active in the Leeds energy insurance market, the attendees also explored data-driven risk modeling and the regulatory landscape shaping global energy insurance policies.
International Oil and Gas Business Management, Document Management, and Project Management with Primavera P6

This three-week course, attended by a team of project professionals and project managers from Zalaf Oil Company, covered Project Management Office (PMO), Management Information Systems (MIS), and Primavera P6 Professional Project Management Fundamentals. The first two weeks focused on project management fundamentals, including planning tools, techniques, and concepts, primarily within the PMBOK 6th and 7th Edition context. The final week was dedicated to Primavera P6, with detailed tutorials on environment setup and management. The course provided practical knowledge for seasoned project professionals, ensuring mastery of both management principles and Primavera tools for project execution.
Marketing Strategy in Oil and Gas Industry
